This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packed, and delivered by The Bramble Cauldron (“we”, “us”, “our”). All products are handmade in small batches in South Burnett, QLD.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy periods (seasonal launches, sales, holidays), processing times may extend slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Custom or made‑to‑order items may require additional time.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • Australia Post

Shipping method is selected based on your location, parcel size, and the most reliable option available at the time.

Tracking is included for most parcels. Small, low‑value items may be sent as untracked letters where appropriate.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Parcel weight and size

  • Carrier rates at the time of purchase

We do not add handling fees.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (within Australia):

  • QLD: 2–6 business days

  • NSW / ACT: 3–8 business days

  • VIC / SA / TAS: 4–10 business days

  • WA / NT: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, peak seasons, or carrier issues.

5. International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on product type and destination. Delivery times vary widely by country.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • Delays caused by customs processing

We cannot mark parcels as “gifts” or undervalue items.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before dispatch.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once your parcel is lodged with the carrier, delivery is outside our control.

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Postal delays

  • Parcels marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Parcels lost due to incorrect addresses

If your parcel appears lost in transit, we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the carrier.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Local Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup becomes available in South Burnett, QLD, details will be provided at checkout. Pickup times must be arranged in advance.
