ingredients: sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, witch hazel, essential oils of lavender, chamomile, patchouli, lavender flowers.
directions: place a steamer in the corner of the shower floor, away from direct flow of the shower. as the water swirls around it will dissolve as the day loosens its grip and your breath settles.

due to the concentration of these oils, these are not to be used as a bath bomb.
